If you connect your billsdone.ai account, your API key is stored locally in the browser and sent to billsdone.ai for authentication and to check your user profile, download limit, credit balance, and accounting settings. When you start a transfer, the selected invoice PDFs and related processing data such as file name, invoice number, status, and processing result are sent to billsdone.ai to prepare the invoices for connected accounting workflows. If you have connected an accounting system such as Sevdesk in billsdone.ai, the invoice data may be used for that accounting workflow that you enabled. We do not sell this data or share it for advertising purposes.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.
